Hi, my name is Svenja and I am a former neuroscientist. As a great amount of our brain is involved in movement planning and execution, it’s no wonder to see and feel what a huge beneficial effect movement has on our lives. Before I found LYT yoga I was already a 500h certified yoga teacher based on vinyasa and yoga therapy. LYT yoga has redefined my practice and teaching and I wouldn’t want to miss it anymore. My mission is to make more people move in a better and more efficient way and understand the importance of movement and posture for their well-being through educating them about yoga and the brain (www.instagram.com/yogaandthebrain).
