STINE SKJERDAL

Stine (pronounced Steena) is a Norwegian yogi residing in Nittedal outside of Oslo. After living for several years in Mexico, the home was calling to her again. Stine’s traveling soul found calm and she now lives a quiet life with her husband and two young children – or as quiet as it can be with active kids. Stine knows that life can’t be taken for granted, she lost her first husband suddenly in 2012.

Since then she has moved through grief and trauma but also created a beautiful life for herself. Yoga has been a huge contributor toward keeping her grounded and present throughout her challenges. With LYT she feels even stronger in her body and dares to be vulnerable – showing up for herself and standing up for others.
