Stacey has been teaching group fitness classes since 2009. The catalyst for teaching group fitness began from a love to move and dance…ZUMBA! The passion for teaching group fitness expanded into high-intensity group workouts which range from the pool to land.
Stacey’s love for LYT yoga led her to learn more about anatomy and broaden her client base for more anatomy-focused workouts. Blending these passions with her call to fill a void for postpartum fitness; a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist & Mat Pilates certification followed, and now a Level 1 LYT Instructor!!
