SREELAKSHMI RAJAGOPAL

LYT acts as a bridge for my love for the mindful practice of yoga and a keen interest in the anatomy and biomechanics of the body. A certified Hatha yoga teacher and a recently trained Pilates instructor, I trained in the wonderful LYT yoga method to switch to a sustainable and safe yoga practice both for myself and my students. A true believer in teaching the experience, I also have a keen interest in teaching pre and postnatal yoga/Pilates as my tryst with yoga started (though intermittently) with practising prenatal yoga 19 years back. Currently training in PCES, am also an artisanal soap maker with a keen nose for fragrances.
