As a certified yoga teacher RYT 500, trained by Tessy Summer in Austria, I sought further opportunities to teach people anatomically healthy movement. Through my training in LYT Yoga™, I discovered and fell in love with a style of yoga that helps people cultivate and maintain natural posture, strong core muscles, and healthy movement patterns. On the mat and in life. And besides, it’s fun to practice the creative and sometimes coordinatively challenging sequences. I want to pass that on.

I am a copywriter and editor by profession and I love alternating between working at my desk and on my yoga mat.
