I am a Level 1 LYT yoga teacher on her way to getting her Level 2 certification. I have over 900 hrs of training in yoga. Registered nurse by day, yogi, and holistic care by night. I am a Reiki Practitioner as well as a Fascia Stretch Therapist who likes to use multiple modalities to bring our bodies back to optimal wellness. LYT yoga has transformed my life, and I love to bring this powerful practice to others while incorporating it synergistically into my work with fascia and the energetic/emotional body.
