SAMANTHA OAKLEY

Having hit the mat around 2009 for the first time I began an incredible relationship with yoga which I never realised would take me to where I am today.
With 500 hours of training between 2015 and 2021 I love to share my passion of mindful, functional and creative movement. Hugely inspired by the LYT method I feel every class I teach is a journey within the body, bridging the gap between the physical and metaphysical elements of ourselves. Lara Heimann has enabled me to grow so much through her unique style of LYT Yoga®, grounded in the principals of physical therapy and neurodevelopmental training to yield smarter and safer movement patterns.

I also specialise in prenatal yoga having done a number of trainings on anté and post natal yoga along with a doula training with the one and only Michel Odent, another huge source of inspiration to my teachings.
