Yoga and physical therapy have been in my world for over 25 years.
My personal yoga practice brings balance, sanity, and fun to my daily life but teaching yoga and incorporating my PT skills fulfills my desire to be of service. I am relentless with my alignment cues but always bring some humor and accessibility to my classes.

I am co-owner of LoYa Yoga in Summit NJ and have also taught in schools, hospitals, corporate offices, and private homes and host phenomenal yoga retreats!
As an LYT method trained teacher I like to educate my students on how to move well, breathe well, and think well so they can connect to the core of who they are and what brings them joy..
