Magda stepped on a Yoga Path 10 years ago in the search for balance and harmony. It soon turned out that most traditional Yoga asanas came easily to her thanks to her flexibility and mobility. But the real challenge was strength, balance, and posture!
She would love to share the experience of transforming the body and coming to balance in all planes together with developing healthy movement patterns.
