My yoga practice started on my 23rd birthday (2013) in a Bikram studio. After learning about the 8-limb path I was attracted to the Ashtanga format and took my 200-hour teacher training in Goa, India March 2014. I stayed at the Shala to continue to develop my practice while serving as one of the facilitators for the teacher training. I returned to the States in Oct 2016 and began to work as a full-time yoga instructor. This path led me to manage yoga studios up until when the pandemic hit in 2020. I fell in love with LYT yoga and the community in March 2020 and haven’t changed my teaching/practice style sense.
