My background is in medicine, and it wasn’t until I met Lara and her LYT team, that I began to truly understand the complexity and design of the miraculous human body. A day doesn’t now pass without feeling true gratitude for my yoga practice, and the freedom and confidence it gives me to explore the world full of vitality. I am on a mission to spread LYT LOVE!
