Lan Đậu

Lan finished her first 200hrs teacher vinyasa training in 2020.

With LYT Method, she completed her LYT level 1 training in May 2022 and level 2 in 2025. She also got certifications of “How to teach Stretch” & Sequencing Lab 101, 201 by Kristin.

In 2023, Lan approached 85-hour training in Prenatal yoga with Bobby Bessey – the creator and director of the Shakti Yoga Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training in Canada.

Until now she teaches more than 1500 hours. Lan expresses her knowledge mostly in supporting people with spinal issues such as shoulder head neck pain, disc degeneration, herniated disc etc.
