Hi and thank you for your interest in practicing yoga with me! I’ve been a movement enthusiast and dancer all my life. I completed my LYT Yoga Level 1 certification and a Level 2 module focusing on special populations, including athletes and seniors. My intent is to guide you through a purposeful movement experience that awakens your mind, body, and spirit. My in-studio classes are Saturday 8AM (ClubSport, San Ramon) and Monday 5:15PM (Well Studio, Dublin). I also offer group and private sessions via Zoom.
