KATHERINE AUSTIN WOOLEY

I am an intuitive teacher who grew into living my yoga by practicing, teaching thousands of students for over 30 years, training yoga teachers, and running a yoga studio for almost 20 years. Yoga found me in my mid-thirties during a difficult time in my life. Through yoga and meditation, I healed my whole Self, my past and present, and created the life I truly deserved. My divine yoga journey has always guided me to give back and help others feel and find their light again.
