JULIE COTTON

Julie is a Multidisciplinary Integration Specialist. She fuses Performing and Healing Arts to support her clients to live more playfully expressive and free lives! Freedom from pain, self-doubt and personally limiting beliefs. Yoga supports in mobilizing and strengthening the body so that those Julie works and plays with have more range of motion whether that is on stage in an Improv Comedy performance or in a Corporate board room making a presentation to coworkers. Happy, healthy bodies make for a better experience of vitality in all aspects of life!
Julie holds an MFA in Acting from Rutgers MGSA and studied Improv at many theaters in the US- including iO Chicago, Sick Puppies Comedy, Just the Funny, Oxymorons, and Improv U. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist in Florida, Indiana & previously New Jersey where she did her training at Cortiva Institute and met Lara Heimann. She did her 200-hour YTT with Lara in 2018. She is an Accessing Manifesting Intention Level VortexHealing practitioner (10-year energy healer) and is a graduate of Gratitude Training and Trainer Designs Global Trainer Forum where she studied to be a Trainer of Transformational Leadership.
