Hello! My name is Jo and I am a certified LYT® yoga teacher originally from England, based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
All of my classes combine the LYT® Yoga style with meditation, breath practices, and sometimes a journaling prompt or two. My hope is that you leave feeling energized, balanced, and with a sense of connection and gratitude for being an amazing human!
