JILL GRUBER-DOWNING

I am a licensed physical therapist with 25+ years experience. In addition to my LYT yoga training, I also have advanced training in neurodevelopment technique, craniosacral therapy, hip/pelvic biomechanics, and sensory integration therapy which allows me to integrate movement awareness, neuromuscular reeducation, and gentle manual techniques into my care. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals across the lifespan— from newborns and children to adults and older adults. Discovering LYT felt like coming home. It aligned seamlessly with the techniques I was already using as a physical therapist—-while adding the gift of a supportive community and a sustainable lifelong movement practice. I currently teach private small group classes as well as individual sessions in the St. Croix Valley area of Wisconsin and Minnesota.
