JESSICA CORWIN

Hi, my name is Jessica. I’m an adventurous spirit from a small town in the US, but I now mainly reside in Central & South America. I have been practicing and exploring various types of yoga and wellness practices for over 20 years. No matter where I’ve been in the world, I’ve found that movement, especially yoga, has been the most potent ingredient for finding my center and strength. It is a practice that allows me to constantly evolve as a person and I love sharing it with others and creating community.

I received my first 200-hour training in 2010 and completed level one LYT training with Lara Heimann in 2020. I strive to bring more curiosity, freedom, and compassion into my classes by emphasizing smart and fun sequencing with effective cueing.

I’m currently teaching online group and private classes.
