Hello, I am Jana, and I have been living in Basel, Switzerland for 10 years.
Since my 1000 h training BDY 12 years ago I have taught yoga as therapy and was always looking for the right guidance for my students and also for myself because unfortunately some injuries and pain were my companions on the yoga path.
I found this with Lara and last year I also did the LYT YTTraining. I am excited about LYT yoga as a very smart and safe practice that makes us stronger and gives a great body feeling.
My injuries are healing and I would like to continue sharing my knowledge. I teach private and also group classes in German online & offline.
