Hi, I’m Inga from Berlin, Germany. 2006 I started my first 200-teacher training besides my „real“ job. It turned out, that my „real“ job is teaching yoga – even if it took me a while to get that. I continued training up to 500h, and did loads of training with internationally known teachers…. In 2018 I found the LYT studio in Princeton and visited classes. Back home in Berlin I started to practice online with Lara and Kristin on LYT daily and signed up for the level 1 training in 2021. Well, what to say:) I’ve never felt so strong and organized before in my body. I can’t stand, seeing bad postures anymore … so I teach the LYT style and continue learning about safe and functional movement, anatomy, and health.
