HEATHER PEARSON

Heather Pearson did her first 200-hour teacher training with Paul Toliuszis in Miami Beach in the spring of 2015. She met Lara at Kripalu in the fall of 2019 and immediately fell in love with the LYT method. She completed Lara’s first online teacher training in early 2020 and is excited to share this comprehensive, intelligent, and fun style with her students in Burlington, VT.
