EMILY KAMEN

I’m an art historian, educator, environmentalist, and lover of movement. A life-long dancer, my yoga practice strengthened and developed while I was an undergraduate student at Princeton University. I completed my 200-level teacher training in 2014 and have been teaching students of all ages and abilities since. I’ve taught in Princeton, New Jersey, Chiang Mai, Thailand, and now in the Berkshires in Massachusetts. My classes are located everywhere from yoga studios to art museums to organic vegetable farms and gardens. I enjoy all things outdoors, especially long-distance trail running and cycling. I’m always looking for creative ways to combine and refine my passions for art, environmental consciousness, history, living beings of all species, and joyful movement.
