Beth Joseph, a 200hr LYT certified yoga instructor, and an AFAA-certified group fitness instructor, has over 20 years’ experience teaching a variety of fitness classes, including pilates, yoga, foam rolling, running (stride), and cycling. She combines her knowledge from these varied exercise studies to create challenging, expertly taught classes that emphasize core strength, alignment, and the joy of movement. She loves sharing her passion for fitness with others and encouraging others to become their strongest selves.
