Holly Skodis is a yogi and vegan who shares so much in common with the LYT Yoga® philosophy. After healing from health issues through a plant-based diet and studying with Dharma Mitra in New York, she began to develop a deep spiritual connection to the path of veganism.
We touch on how the journey of redefining yoga, for herself, has helped her throughout life, how yoga helped her feel at home again in her body after giving birth, and how her combined passions have led to the Yoga is Vegan project.
