Before I found yoga, I was filled with depression and anxiety. In college, yoga, exercise and therapy showed me how to climb out of the darkness and see the light at the end of the tunnel. As an introverted person, I never saw myself teaching in front of a room full of people, but that’s the power of yoga. In 2018, I ditched the corporate design world to let yoga take center stage of my life. I discovered I had a chronic illness but thankfully yoga helps me cope every day. My purpose is to help others do the inner work and learn to nourish themselves from the inside out. I enjoy reminding students that it's okay to not be perfect. LYT is the most unique style I've ever taken and trained in. Its anatomy based sequencing makes each class impactful and has given my students better results. I am so glad I found LYT and hope to share it with whomever is open-minded to it. When I am not teaching or practicing, I love to go for walks with my pup, cook, design, handstand, giggle, relax with loved ones and continue to learn because there's always something new to learn.
