MARIA WINDAHL

I am passionate about helping others to move and feel better – on and off the mat. In my classes, you can expect fun and functional yoga, with a focus on posture and alignment.

The main goal is to create a safe and sustainable yoga practice, which can support us as we age. When this can be combined with smart and fun sequencing, preferably to music – then I feel the happiest.

I am 540 hrs certified for the LYT Yoga Method. I am also certified in Yoga Nidra for kids and teens.
