Mallory is a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and health coach dedicated to questioning fitness norms, exercise metrics, and diet culture. She’s passionate about behavior change research, the Bachelor’s, and helping people live intentionally without their fitness trackers. She graduated from George Washington University in May of 2020 with a Master’s degree in Public Health. She resides in Arlington, VA in a well-lit apartment with her super cool boyfriend, Ryan.
