Hi and thank you for your interest in practicing yoga with me! I’ve been a movement enthusiast and dancer all my life. In 2021-2022, I completed my LYT Yoga Level 1 certification and a Level 2 module focusing on special populations, including athletes and seniors. My intent is to guide you through a purposeful movement experience that awakens your mind, body, and spirit. I teach in person at The Well Studio in Dublin, CA on Mondays at 5:15 PM. I also offer group and private sessions via Zoom by request. I am versatile and can tailor the focus and pace of the class depending on your needs.
