My name is Julie & I have been practicing yoga for 15 years.
When I found Lara’s LYT method my practice really expanded. Imbalances I had In my body really improved & totally disappeared.
I have completed Lara’s 200hr LYT online training in May 2020 & had previously completed a 200hr TT in 2017 in Australia.
I have completed Lara’s Level 2 Extremities & Specialty Module, as well as Kristin Williams sequencing labs 101, 201 & 301.
