The joy of movement has always been a part of my life. As a competitive gymnast throughout high school and college as well as an Exercise Physiology major, I learned the value of strong, aligned, functional movement. So LYT Yoga felt like the perfect fit from day one. Two out of four of my sisters teach Yoga so there must be something in our DNA!
I completed my first 200-hour RYT certification in August 2018, my 200-hour Level 1 LYT certification in May 2020, all 3 LYT Yoga Sequencing Labs, and my 300-hour Level 2 LYT certification in September 2021. Every LYT Yoga class I take feels like a gift. Teaching LYT Yoga is a highlight in my life because nothing feels better than sharing something I love! I teach everyone from people brand new to yoga to those recovering from injuries to experienced yogis. It feels incredibly rewarding to see student after student stand taller, move better, and feel better. I believe that no matter how many trips we make around the sun, LYT Yoga helps us feel more youthful, confident, strong, and free. I love to inspire everyone I teach to make friends with their bodies and to enjoy the lifelong gifts LYT Yoga has to offer. See you on the mat!
