Movement has always been part of my life, growing up practicing dance (ballet, contemporary & hip-hop). Not only am I an advocate of smart & daily movement, I am also passionate about energy systems, which is why I love the practice of yoga that blends both! Our moods shifts as we move our body in different planes. This is meditation. This is pure focus, as we pay attention, moment to moment, as we move on to our hands, stand tall on one leg or hold ourselves together without energy leaks.
