Hi I am Cath
I live in Paris. I am fascinated by the human body mechanics and numerous sports and movement activities.
I discovered Pilates when I was struggling with back pain and it led me to Yoga.
Practicing Yoga changed a lot of things both in my personal and professional life.
I completed my first teacher training in 2018 with Rachel Brathen. That is where I first met Lara and decided to share my passion by teaching yoga.

In 2019, I became a Level 1 LYT certified Teacher after following Lara’s Training program in her home studio in Princeton.

Traveling the world to discover new forms of sports, adventures, movement, yoga, and meditation practice is my favorite thing. I love this community of people.
