466. How to Cope with the Changing Seasons

The changes of the seasons affect us all differently. Some of us can find the transition into fall and winter difficult, so here’s a run down of what you can do to beat the seasonal blues, and stay healthy and motivated.

A lot of this won’t be new to you, but you have to remember to actually put this advice into action if you want to see results. Fall fatigue can hit us all, so take what you learn here and remember that if we didn’t have winter, we wouldn’t appreciate summer so much!
