My life began in OH, and it’s where I first came to yoga in 2008 during tough times in college. It has served to transform my life from that moment on, but it has not always looked the same on the outside. I trained in integrated Vinyasa programs before discovering Lara and LYT after experiencing symptoms that resulted in my feeling deeply troubled by how profoundly poor my understanding of the body was and thus confidence was after years of training, practicing, and teaching. This method supports the fullness I desire for all areas of my life in terms of ability, energy, and longevity. I have been dedicated to LYT since 2018 and it is with passionate appreciation for its empowerment that I facilitate this method for anyone willing and open to it.
