Triple S™ Effect
Learn what Triple S stands for (pun intended) and why it will change your practice and
your life! This workshop implements the Triple S effect found in Tadasana and participants will experience how Tadasana is the foundational structure in all poses, movement patterns, and daily posture. Once we recognize that daily posture (Tadasana off the mat)reflects imbalances that show up in yoga practice and movement patterns, we can change the practice on our mat to optimize our lives!
Wednesday Session: 6:00pm – 8:00pm

In this workshop, we will discover all the reasons why the core is essential for good
movement, improved energy, and a robust breath. Your core is not just a six-pack – it is
the epicenter for energy exchange and vitality! Come and learn how strengthening the
core can help you feel more empowered and inspired in life.
