In two sessions, tune up your hips and shoulder with mobility drills and myofascial techniques, followed by a LYT Yoga class. Prepare to rejuvenate your movement and feel LYT up!
Each two-hour workshop will be followed by a Q&A! Continuing Education credits are available through Yoga Alliance for those who participate in BOTH workshops.
LYT Hip Tune-Up (AM Session 10am – 12pm)
