Each day begins at 9am with 2 hours of yoga with Lara followed by lecture and workshops until 6pm. There is a daily 60-minute lunch break and free time in the evenings.

When does the training begin and end?
The first day of training is April 30 at 9am and the training ends May 5 at 5pm.

What is included in the pricing?
The pricing included the course and all course materials.

Can I do one part of the training?
Yes – you can do 2 days, 4 days, or the whole 6 days. The 1st 2 days are Shoulders, the 2nd 2 days are Upper/Lower Extremities, the final 2 days are Yamas Off The Mat.

Where should I stay?
The studio is located at 281 Witherspoon Street, so you will want to stay nearby. There are several hotels in the area plus great Airbnb options. 

What are the food options?
We have Contemplate Kitchen located within the studio that serves up fresh vegan food daily – macro bowls, juices, and snacks. There are also countless options in Princeton to pick up food or go out to eat. There are also several supermarkets nearby.

Should I rent a car?
If you are coming from out of town and staying outside of walking distance from the studio, you may want to consider renting a car.

Where should I park?
We recommend finding street parking outside of the studio. There is also affordable metered parking. Alternatively, there is a parking garage behind the studio, but please be aware of the day rates as they can be significantly higher than metered parking.

What should I bring each day?
Please bring a yoga mat, notebook, and pen each day along with any personal items you may need such as your water bottle and snacks.

Is this certification part of Yoga Alliance?
This in-person LYT Level 2 applies to a 300 hour Yoga Alliance certification and continuing education credits

Payment Information
Registration includes a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit $500. Full payment must be received in order to reserve your spot.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is made at least 60 days in advance, all monies received from the participant will be refunded less the booking deposit. No credit or refund is available for cancellations made within 60 days of the start of training, or if the participant does not show up, or leaves early for any reason.

Lara Heimann and Movement by Lara strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance for your trip.

Assumption of Risk
Lara Heimann and Movement by Lara are dedicated to ensuring the safety of all participants; however participants must assume the risk inherent in travel including those from weather, wildlife or other force majeure.

The participant confirms that he/she has no physical conditions or medical precautions that would adversely affect his/her ability to take part in the yoga program or other physical or cultural activities offered.

The participant fully understands that his/her participation in the yoga program or other activities could be injurious to his/her health. The participant voluntarily assumes all risks related to such activities and releases Movement by Lara from liability for accident, personal injury, illness, emotional damage, incurred travel expenses or property damage he/she may incur as a result of his/her going on this training.
