LYT Level 2: The Advanced Degree

Advance your teaching and your yoga practice

INTRODUCING: THE NEW LYT™ YOGA LEVEL 2 TRAINING

This training is for those who have completed LYT™ Level 1 or anyone who wants to go deeper into the LYT™ Yoga methodology. Over 5 x 1-week-long immersions, you will transform your teaching and receive 15 new LYT™ Yoga flows you can teach (you will get 3 new flows per immersion). You will receive a prestigious Level 2 certification upon completion of all immersions and coursework. *Please note that a Level 1 in-person or online certification is a pre-requisite to receiving a Level 2 certification. FORMAT:
  1. 5 IMMERSIONS
  2. 6 DAYS / 60 HOURS EACH
  3. 3 NEW LYT™ YOGA FLOWS PER IMMERSION 
IMMERSIONS:
  1. LYT 201 (SPRING) BEGINNER, BREATH & BANDHAS, SPECIFIC POPULATIONS
  2. LYT 202 (SPRING) SHOULDERS UPPER/LOWER EXTREMITIES, YAMAS OFF THE MAT
  3. LYT 203 (FALL) HIP, BACK, CORE
  4. LYT 204 (FALL) INNOVATIVE SEQUENCING, ADVANCED ASANA, ADJUSTMENTS
  5. LYT 205 (FALL) BUSINESS OF YOGA, FIRE, MEDITATION
This is the equivalent to a 300 Hour/500 Hour Yoga Alliance certification. If you are only interested in that, you are welcome to repeat immersions to reach the hours for a 300 hour Yoga Alliance certification. If you are going for the Level 2 certification, you must complete each of the 5 immersions plus have completed a LYT Level 1 course.
