Everyone deserves to remain injury-free as they workout at home.

At-home workout injuries resulting in a visit to the ER increased by over 48% from 2019 to 2020. With so many people committed to at-home fitness, we wanted to offer some tips for how to avoid injuries that could sideline you – or worse.

  • Be mindful of distractions.
  • Create accountability by paying extra attention to form or with a partner
  • Pay for private sessions
