We could all use some calm in our lives. If you’re feeling a lack of calm, I want to walk you through what you can do to lower your nervous system using this acronym:
C – Clear your voice, your breath, and your thoughts.
A – Aim for one minute of closed eyes and following your breath.
L – Lightly tap your body.
M – Make room for stillness
