259 | Finding the Out Breath

We are in a time that is unique, challenging, and anxiety-producing — but there are also lots of wonderful things happening. It’s a journey that’s representative of life and movement. We can get through a lot of it if we can process our feelings and release them by searching for the out breath.

When we have feelings, we need to learn how to speak our truth, and so much of this can happen with our breath. Being able to manage our breath through awareness, through strengthening, and through meditation helps the process of feeling our feelings.
