235 | How to move through your feelings

We can get our feelings trapped inside for a variety of reasons — whether it’s a cultural thing, we’ve been conditioned not to express ourselves, or something else — but how do we move feelings out instead of letting them harbor within ourselves?

There are always going to be hardships in life. That’s just part of the gig. So we need to learn how to move through those hard times and come out on the other side stronger, lighter, and brighter.
